If someone started an internet business 10 years ago, a lot of criticism would come their way stating that an ?internet business? is not a real business and a lazy person's venture. Many a time, a customer may have an issue trying to use your service or they may just want some further support so sharing your screen with them, going through your product one step at a time will ensure a long relationship with the customer.Social Media Tool
Social media is a part of most people?s daily routine for most people in the UK and US and many of those people will be potential customers. Because of this, it?s important for your business to be active in the social space.
